We want to be as accessible as possible and to be up front about our pricing so we offer unlimited phone, email, and remote access
for help, answers, and ideas for any problems you might have. When it comes time to do something new (create a new report, add a
new function, or expand your systems in some form) there are several details that need to be considered; we consider those
projects. Each project is unique and can include discovery, planning, implementation, education, and other services. For that reason,
we provide a fixed price for all projects.
*Includes coverage for the base ERP system, ten user licenses, and five active companies. Add $100 for each additional applications
(Fixed Assets systems, xTupleConnect, xTuple eCommerce, ShipIT, BizNet, or others) or integration with an external system.
Additional base systems such as CRM or Human Resources may require a multiplier of the base rate. Add Add $10 for each
additional user license (across all applications) and each additional active company. Add $15 per enhancement or extended solution.
** Maintenance tickets include the installation of Interim Release Downloads, Tax Tables, and/or Product Updates.

Updates: Quarterly implementation of all product updates released by

Application Back up and Disaster Recovery
Retired versions: Continued service of any software releases no longer
supported by the software publisher
Reseller of Record Refusal: Foregoing the Reseller of Record on file with
the publisher while enrolled in an active access agreement with Acuity
Solutions
Remote Access Authorization Refusal: Neglecting to provide direct,
remote access via VPN, RDP, or other channel
