Performance of member 1 = 1

Performance of member 3 = 2

Performance(T1) = 1x1 + 1x2 + 1x2 = 5

Now imagine another team, T2:

Performance of member 1 = 1
Performance of member 2 = 1
Performance of member 3 = 1
