Conclusion
When I started my internship in the Decathlon
Sports India , I did not know what to expect
from this internship because I did not have
enough insight about the industry. But it
turned out to be a useful experience for
me. Although I worked for a short period of
time with the company it will be helpful for
me to get heading the organizational
environment. It benefited me as I was able
to gain a lot of knowledge about the
company and the industry by observing.
