Disha NEET Physics Guide for classes 11 and 12.pdf
Presentacion 4.4.5-4.7.2-rafael-castro
1. 4.4.5. Validity and Reliability
• To make the instruments valid, the research
team will take into account four characteristics
of the validity criteria:
• “Construct Validity”
• “Content Validity”
• “Face Validity”
• “Criterion-related Validity”
• “Interrater Reliability”
2. 4.4.6. Ethical aspects
• The research team will respect the basic ethic
principles of a research project.
• Non-maleficence norm
• Confidentiality and privacy
• Objectivity
• Respect for colleagues
• Non-discrimination
• Openness to criticism
• Integrity
3. 4.5. Execution Phase
• The execution phase contains the data
collection procedure, and a complete
description the research project.
4. 4.5.1. Data collection procedures
• The researchers will consider the tools
designed based on the indicators of the
operationalization of the hypothesis. The
usage process of each data collection
instrument that will be used in this research is
described below.
• Observation
• Questionnaires
• Interview
5. 4.5.2. Experiment
• In this point, the researchers will pick a
sample size of the group of study to intervene.
Also, they will choose a second group under
no intervention to compare the outcome of
both. At the end, the researchers will know
the result of the experiment.
6. 4.5.3. Data Processing
• The researchers will read and number the
questions looking for any inconsistency. In
addition, the researchers will obtain the data,
tabulate the data in master sheets. Later, they
will tabulate the information by using SPSS
software to classify and organize all the data
obtained, and they will generate tables and
graphs. At the end, researchers will confirm
the hypothesis being studied.
7. 4.5.4. Data Interpretation and
Analysis
• The researcher will interpret the data
obtained taking into account the specific
objectives. The researchers will group the
data, and will organize it according to the
objectives. The results of interviews and
questionnaires will be analyzed to know what
makes the students to fall in the comfort zone
and how to overcome it.
8. • The information obtainted wil be uselful to
test the hypothesis phase. Moreover, the
researchers will compare the information
gotten from the group under intervention and
from the group without intervention. After,
this the researchers will know if the
hypothesis will be rejected or will be
confirmed.
