• Breadth vs Niche: Our programme is deliberately broad and covers a variety of relevant
topics in the digital insurance area rather than delving into niche areas.
• Required Prior Knowledge: While some of the topics are domain specific, the programme is
designed to cover levels with no prior domain knowledge, but would benefit from a better
understanding of these aspects of business beyond your own area.
• Participating Departments: Due to the breadth of the programme, we have had people
from all basic insurance areas such as IT, sales / marketing, human resources, underwriting,
finance, innovation, digital transformation units and more.
