The poster had a phone number to call if there was any information known. There was a phone call one week later. Jeff answered, “Hello?” A man repeated, “The Criminal you’re looking for is on W 81st Street.” Creeping with the emotion of fear Jeff replied in a cowardly voice, “Sir I appreciate your concern for the safety of our city but I have no intentions on finding the criminal himself.
