DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


           Establish manpower plan & manage recruitment process to ensure recruitment of the right talent with required competencies.
           Administer the performance management system with clear focus on development
           Develop & implement training & development plans
           Administer the compensation & benefits program.
           Drive & facilitate change management & organizational development
           Follow-up with recruitment agencies / selected candidates for receipt of signed offer letters.
           Responsible for development and placement of advertisements in newspapers / electronic media.
           Tracking & monitoring entire recruitment process as below:
                  Release of requirements to agencies
                  Issuance of offers
                  Receipt of signed offers
                  Handing over passport copies of selected candidates to PROs for e-visa application
                  Coordinating with PROs for manual visa application (incase e-visa is rejected)
                  On receipt of visa, sending visa to recruiters/candidates and coordinating for a quick joining
                  Arranging for flight tickets for selected candidates
                  Ensuring availability of accommodation in camps (in case of blue-collar) or appropriate hotel
                      arrangement (if approved by co. in case of white-collar) with Employee Relations Officer.
                  Coordinating with recruitment agencies & selected candidates for arrival details & arranging for their pickup from the airport
                      & drop to respective accommodation.
                  Create and maintain individual personnel files of each new recruit.
                  Submission of expense statements to Accounts Department with respect to various HR-related expenses.
                  Updating & maintaining database of candidates offered/joined.
                  Inducting new joinees into the company
           Maintains records of all items supplied by suppliers, delivery dates of all items supplied, and maintains records of equipment issued
           to Security Guards such as uniforms ,caps ,shoes, badges and other items as and when required.
           Accurate filling of monthly attendance of security personnel for payroll process.
           Participates in the development, implementation or interpretation of new revised initiatives, participates in department’s conferences
           and meetings relating to areas of assigned responsibility.
Assist in recruitment process. Handle staff company ID’s. Maintain personnel records.
       Compile Reports, furnish information, and respond to visitors and telephone calls.
       Fillings, maintain leave records, make requisition letters foruniform and other requirements and maintain accommodation and vehicle
       records.
       Maintain a strategic perspective while focusing on problem identification and solving.
       Handle generalist HR profile
