Program Description
Despite the fact that the ABCI program is
only a year into existence it seeks to
develop a school-community partnership in
the effort to report and eliminate bullying.
The program is intended to identify all
forms of bullying and aggressive behavior.
As administrator I strive to develop a
comprehensive evaluation that will justified
the need to continue support and funding
for all stakeholders.

WHOLE PROGRAM FOCUS
GOALS:
1. Send a clear and concise
message to
students, staff, parents and
community that bullying will not
be tolerated
2. Involve and empower students
as bystanders to prevent and
stop bullying
3. Create a program for
staff, students, parents and
community members to take
steps to prevent and stop
bullying
4. Promote a sense of belonging
and acceptance in all students
so that they can feel connected
to their school
5. Provide intervention for children
who are bullied and who bully
OBJECTIVES:
1. Increase the communication
between all stakeholders
2. Increase understanding of
students in their role in
preventing and stopping bullying
3. Provide an exit survey for the
stakeholders involved in the
training
4. Increase attendance and
involvement of students at their
school
5. Decrease the number of
aggressive behavior

RESEARCH QUESTIONS
1. Who will benefit from this program?
2. What are the characteristics of bullies and victims?
3. How can parents, staff and community members
prevent bullying?
4. Name at least three ways to reach students and
parents with the knowledge about bullying?
5. What are the best times and places to reach all
stakeholders to possibly attend a Town Meeting?

Research questions-1 and 2
Approximately 100 students will be surveyed 50 males
and 50 females

Using SurveyMonkey as the survey tool, at least 50 staff
and 50 community members will have access to the
survey link
