Unit4 has made good progress, particularly in acquiring value in North America through acquisitions. However, Unit4 needs a clear roadmap for integrating its solutions with back office systems and being ready when customers look to replace their back office systems. The People Architecture delivers real benefits such as the virtual assistant Wanda. Unit4 is also competing strongly for front office customers in professional services and higher education. The Prevero acquisition provides a large installed customer base and can act as a Trojan horse for further sales.
