Sports provide a safe environment for kids to be
as opposed to hanging around dangerous
streets/people.
Sports give youth something to strive for and a
reason to be proud of themselves.

Keeps you focused-You canât let bad calls etc
get you down.
Need to visualize your game
Need to be able to recognize what you are doing
well and not well.
