- runtime 和 cloud 的概念有一点交叉。 Runtime 包括 client runtime 和 cloud runtime (e.g. F8) ，区别主要看是否是把应用统一在一个强势品牌之下 所以 google appengine 归为 cloud 而不是 runtime 。所以不如改为 container
