Broadly say, automatic reaction due to
some crises or difficulty sometime can
cause unwanted things happen to us.
so, what we have to do when facing crises
or difficult time :
1. Control the way we think.
2. Control our reaction.
3. Listen to our emotions and thoughts.
3. After facing crises, what we have to do:
1. Find out why we react like that.
2. Learn about ourselves.
{ our weakness and strength }
The purpose of doing this is to make us
mentally prepare ourselves for improving
how we think and respond in the future
when facing difficulties.

Relaxing is the process where to keep our

This is important to help us think clearly.
When we are relaxing, we will be aware of what
is happening with our emotions, body and mind.

1. Slow down your breathing, take a deep
breath and let it out slowly.
2. Count one to ten.
3. Think about good things.
