 To transform data-driven organization and enhance efficiency and service quality to businesses, METI
has started its project to create a digital platform since FY2017.
 METI plans to digitalize government procedures for businesses and introduce digital marketing and
personalized services into policy area.
 It also aims to expand its business model government wide.

4. Overview
 Data exchange infrastructure will be developed for once-only. One-only will be realized by collecting corporate
holding information such as financial statement data. The database will use public vocabulary framework project
for improvement of interoperability.

gBizID (Corporation Identity federation)
 In 2018, Corporation Identity Federation System For Corporations is being developed so
that companies can apply for multiple applications online with one ID/password. It will
reduce the time and effort required for administrative procedures.
 Demonstration will start in 2019 in METI, aiming to expand the service to other
ministries in 2020
