- Business intelligence (BI) is a broad category of application programs and technologies for gathering, storing, analyzing, and providing access to data to help enterprise users make better business decisions. BI applications include the activities of decision support, query and reporting, online analytical processing (OLAP), statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.
- Online Analytical Processing Or OLAP – used for business reporting for eligibility, intake and receiving, business process management and financial reporting. Multidimensional data model utilizing hierarchical structure. Analytics – Business Managers are making decisions based on qualitative data combined with past experiences. Business Performance Management – Utilizing scorecards and reporting to manage per-selected goals. Preselected goals and measurement information relevant to the progress of these goals are provided to manager at regular intervals. Managers take action in light of the information with the view to improve future performance of these goals. Our data model contains 32 data marts, 65 dimensions, 2 outriggers, 1 fact-less fact and we generate 12 cubes per month. 100+ reports are delivered to over 250+ staff throughout all areas of the business on daily, weekly and monthly schedules. An additional 75 reports are available by accessing them from various business centric Executive Dashboards.
