Concerns about Can-Do:
- Novice Mid Level expects students to respond to
past and future tense questions. Assumes teacher
will use advanced language with even beginners.

- Has little criteria as to how much or how well at
higher levels:
Novice High: I can handle short social interactions in
everyday situations by asking and answering simple
questions.

IP.NM.1.myage
to use in lesson plans and tests instead of having to
write out:
Interpersonal Communication.
