discussion of specific confined space hazards associated with the facility, locations and operations. The reason for proper use, and limitations of personal protective
equipment and the other safety equipment required for entry into confined spaces. Received an explanation of the permit system and other procedural requirements for
conducting a confined space entry. Communication procedures and how to respond to emergencies. Advised of the duties and responsibilities as a member of the con-
fined space entry team. Understanding and how to recognize probable air contaminant over-exposure symptoms to myself and co-workers, methods for alerting attend-
ants, and evacuation procedures. Advised of my right to observe all testing or monitoring procedures and resulting data prior to and during entry.
