I am experienced Salesmanager with leadership background to offer.
As a “multi cultured” communicating manager I have a proven track record of successes over my
career. The successes were founded on relation building and development of the accounts. Actions
were based on agreed strategies, implemented by means of an open communication, and
knowledgeable salesforces working hard and loyal with a positive and open attitude.
In my career I have mainly been employed in world-wide operating companies, which brought me
among others these challenges:
- Salesmanager of Struers A/S and later Phase One A/S.
- Export manager of Scandinavian Mobility A/S (now Invacare). Focusing on Europe and Asia
where the task was to build up distributor network and establishing subsidiaries.
- Manager of Huntleigh Healthcare A/S, Denmark, a subsidiary of Huntleigh Technology Plc.,
UK. Air-pressure relieving mattresses and medical devices. 10 years later we were the leading
supplier to the healthcare sector with a salesforce of 15 persons and totally 50 employees.
In 2006 I became responsible for the Nordic Region and its subsidiaries, with a total of 120
employees.
In 2008 I resigned, as I got the chance to establish my own consulting company, and be responsible
for establishing a new Danish company, Athene Healthcare A/S.
Today I am still an independent consultant, but I have realised, that I need the social aspect with
colleagues around me in order to optimize my competences through sparring and sharing
experiences.
My strengths are within management and sales. Through the establishment of long lasting
relationships and solution oriented cooperation, I have, together with devoted salesforces and
colleagues, always achieved results that exceeded the targets. The results were achieved by
execution, decisiveness and a strong perseverance coupled with a sincere heart and good
analytical skills.
I am by nature an extrovert, communicating and social person. By communicating with
customers and colleagues, and a cheerful approach to life, I have created a nice global network. My
language skills are Danish, English and German fluently as well as Swedish and Norwegian speaking
and understanding.
