Managed Staffing Call Center solutions

We all know that call agent attrition costs more than just the hard costs such as recruiting and training. The opportunity costs such as customer churn are harder to quantify, but even more
critical. According to a recent research report, 10 percent of attrition has been shown to lead to one percent of customer churn. Managed Staffing has spent a considerable amount of time
analyzing the reasons for attrition and has developed solutions that offer compelling reasons for customers to use us to staff their call centers. One of the top reasons for attrition is lower
pay coupled with lack of health insurance benefits. We have developed a comprehensive benefits package for all our consultants that includes medical/dental, 401k, Section 125 and a
flexible benefits program which offer them unprecedented flexibility and peace of mind.

The true costs of an agent reaching proficiency is between $10 K to $14 K and if an agent quits within 30 days the cost is between $8 K to $10 K according to a recent report. In order to
mitigate these costs for our clients we offer one week of free service for our consultant at your site for training. In addition, we also offer a two week guarantee if the consultant does not
work out for you.

Dedicated Recruiting Team – if you intend to hire more than 200 staff a year we can set up a recruiting team that is completely dedicated to you.
VMS – a Vendor Managed Service system including state of the art software and onsite personnel to manage all your staffing needs.
Payrolling – is the perfect solution for companies that need technical resources internally but lack the ability or desire to manage internal employee human resource functions such as
payroll generation and distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration.
SLA Signup – Upon initial engagement we will identify in collaboration with you certain SLA’s that you would require us to meet. We will also sign up and guarantee these SLA’s.
Two Week Guaranty – we will provide a 2 week guarantee on the quality of the staff we hire for you, if for any reason they do not work, you don’t have to pay us.
