by acceptance criteria

at the top of the backlog. An include clear acceptance criteria

with users to write high quality stories

Release Planning Stakeholders are aware of the benefits of dividing
projects into smaller deliverables - including definition
of MMF

  2. Often get to work on large transformation programmes. Typically because of experience I have had in the past. To be more specific, insurance companies love me. So the challenge I had - How do I measure the start point of any company - How to I help them to under and define where they want to head themselves - How do we know we are getting better - Any my favourite I always asked what value do I bring to any organisation.
  3. So I needed to find something that made sure that we were all pointing in the right direction, but wasn’t going to be a metrics that drove negative behaviours.

  6. There are 4 different stages - Foundation - Improving - Self Sustaining - Excelling Covers 9 Core Practices
  7. Here I have data from one of my current clients. I took a bench mark with them when I started working with them back in July. There are 5 teams in total and before I arrive they had been on the transformation for 2 years.
  8. Using all the data collected were able to create an ‘Evolutionary Stages Summary Report’ to present back during a workshop to key stakeholders. The report was pitched at departmental level and never delved into the individual findings of the team. This was a conscious decision as we wanted to avoid cross team comparisons or team.
