 It is necessary for people everywhere to understand
that universe is full of different civilizations and that
humanity is now due to the technological development
emerging into a community of intelligent life in the
universe.
 There are only a small number of people who are
aware that our world is being visited by several alien
races. There have been visitations throughout human
history, but nothing of this magnitude.
 It is understandable that there are many
interpretations of visitations —what it could mean and
what it could offer.
 And many of the people who are aware of these things
are very hopeful and anticipate a great benefit for
humanity. It is natural to expect this and to be hopeful
about the future.

 Inhabited planets and systems can be classified in many
different ways.
 One way is to divide them into free and, on the other
hand, subjugated worlds. The Earth still belongs to the
group of free planets.
 We might assume that advanced technological races are
advanced spiritually as well. But this unfortunately is not
the case.
 The path of technological development, more often than
not, leads away from real freedom and the true nature of
spirituality.
 This represents but one of the important lessons that the
humanity must now learn if it is to regard the presence of
foreign visitors with wisdom to recognize the great need
for humanity to establish its own rules of engagement
regarding all present and future visitations to our world.

 Such rules have not yet been established and therefore
humanity stands vulnerable to intervention and
persuasion by small, cunning groups of resource
explorers and economic collectives, who travel within
the local universe seeking advantages and opportunities
for themselves and for their clients.
 Unfortunately, what is bringing these visitors from the
universe, is not to promote the advancement of
humanity or the spiritual education of humanity.
 What has brought these forces to planet Earth in such
numbers with such intention are the resources of our
world.

technologically advanced cultures to shackle us into a

 Indeed, freedom can easily lead to indiscipline and disorder.
Freedom can have devastating consequences if it is not
guided wisely.
 It is much easier to control civilization by creating a strict
system of control. Therefore, most cultures in universe
choose this easier path, even if it leads to a less productive
and creative outcome.
 Freedom is a challenge even at the individual level. It
requires responsibility.
 Freedom also requires wise leadership and an educated
population that accepts the system. All of these are very
challenging to implement and that is why many cultures even
on Earth are also choosing an alternative path to stability.
 On the other hand, the path to personal freedom leads to
stronger nations and greater creativity and achievement for
the benefit of all.
 In the universe, freedom is not certainty, it is a privilege.

 The visitors are engaged in five fundamental activities in order
to gain influence within planet Earth. Each of these activities is
unique, but they are all coordinated together.
 They are being carried out because humanity has been studied
for a long time. Human thought, human behavior, human
physiology and human religion have been studied for some
time. These are well understood by the visitors and will be
used for their own purposes.
 The first area of activity of the visitors is to influence
individuals in positions of power and authority. Because the
visitors do not want to destroy anything in the world or harm
the world’s resources, they seek to gain influence over those
within government and religion primarily.
 They seek contact, but only with certain individuals. Not all of
those they contact will be persuaded, but many will be. The
promise of greater power, greater technology and world
domination will intrigue and incite many individuals.

 The unenlighted Zeta and other visitors understand the
hierarchy of power because they themselves live by it,
following their own chain of command.
 They are highly organized and very focused in their endeavors,
and the idea of having cultures full of free-thinking
individuals is largely foreign to them. They do not
comprehend or understand individual freedom.
 They are like many technologically advanced societies in the
universe who function both within their respective worlds and
in their establishments across vast reaches of space, utilizing a
very well-established and rigid form of government and
organization.
 They believe that humanity is chaotic and unruly, and they
feel they are bringing order to a situation that they cannot
themselves comprehend.
 Individual freedom is unknown to them, and they do not see
its value. As a result, what they seek to establish in the world
will not honor this freedom.

 Second line of action is the formation of a global, secret
power bloc to take advantage of Zeta’s technology.
 Initially, the rationale was to win World War II to help the
Allies and protect the valuable genetic heritage of the
Jews, but in reality, Zeta is trying to take over the entire
planet and human species through a secret faction.
 The people involved in this system are blinded by their
desire for power. It is their willingness to cooperate with
the unenlightened Zetas that remains a potential threat
to Earth and humanity.
 The primary goal of these people is to achieve
dominance on earth and they are deceiving without
regret humanity.
 They see other people as unimportant “resources” and
see Zeta as a tool to implement their plans for global
dominance.

 Currently government leaders know very little about the
workings of the secret power bloc. Most know of its existence
but they have been misinformed so they will not receive
adequate information of its true operations.
 The individuals who do have direct knowledge of the covert
group have agreed to perpetuate the debunking activities set
in motion by the covert group at the Zeta's insistence in hope
that they will be “let in on the secrets.”
 The secret power bloc has proposed to certain individuals
within the government that great advances in power, economic
strategies, and healing modalities will be given at an
appropriate time if these officials will cooperate with them

Zeta are working with them and for them.
 When in truth the plan has been since its beginnings to
undermine and take control of the official positions when the

activities of the secret power group nor are they working in
cooperation with them as they think they are.
 The governments are fast becoming “puppets” to these secret
forces and will eventually find themselves at their mercy if they
do not change their public disclosure policies.

within them, and will remain so as long as they allow themselves
to be blinded by arrogance, elitism and the quest for power.

given the power. They are like children playing with fire.
 Individuals should have the courage to begin asking the right
questions!
 The idea of an secret power group may come as a surprise to
many of us because humanity has been conditioned for centuries
into the blind adherence to the dictates of an outside authority.

 The secret power bloc plans to continue “cooperating” with
Zeta, giving them the opportunity to take the things they
want from humanity.
 In return, the group receives technological knowledge and
genetic improvements to its own genome. This group of
people would like to “live forever” because they have little
real understanding of spirituality and physical death is
considered the greatest defeat among them.
 They are almost obsessed with acquiring techniques, genetic
or otherwise, that would prolong life and prevent biological
aging. They would, of course, reserve these things only for
their own use.
 They deny the existence of UFOs and engage in tarnishing the
reputation of witnesses and sometimes murdering witnesses
to ensure that Zeta’s secret is preserved in accordance with
the old program of action.

 A third course of action, which is even more difficult to
conceive on the part of humanity, is the manipulation of
religious values.
 Visitors understand that humanity’s greatest potential also
represents its greatest vulnerability.
 Man’s longing for the divine guidance of the individual is

offer to other civilizations of the universe. But it is also our
weakness since these impulses are used against us.
 Indeed, many groups of alien visitors perform themselves as
spiritual actors because they know how to influence the

the difference in communication between spiritual entities

systems are working and that enough people are loyal
to them.

 This process is in progress on Earth at the
moment and this phenomenon has been seen
in other planets and cultures many times

 Emerging races, like humanity, are vulnerable.

sufficiently high level of consciousness to be
able to prevent external pressures and to
establish their position in the space community

aware of the seriousness of the situation. This includes

 The visitors seek to disable people from having this vision and
this knowledge within themselves, for the visitors do not have it
within themselves.
 They do not see its value. They do not understand its reality. In
this, humanity as a whole is more advanced than they are. But
this is only a potential, a potential which must now be
cultivated.

 The fifth area in which visitors seek to establish themselves is
through interbreeding. They cannot live in planet Earth’s
environment. They need our physical stamina and our natural
affinity with the world.
 They need also our reproductive abilities and want to bond with
us because they understand that this creates allegiance. This, in
a way, establishes their presence here because the offspring of
such a program will have blood relations in the world and yet
will have allegiance to the visitors.
 They are here to establish themselves and want humanity to
believe in them and to serve them. They want humanity to work
for them.
 They will promise, offer and do anything to achieve this goal. Yet
though their persuasion is great, their numbers are still small.
But their influence is growing and their program of
interbreeding, which has been underway for several
generations, will eventually be effective.

 There will be more human beings of greater intelligence but
who do not represent the human family. Such things are
possible and have occurred countless times in the universe.
 We have only to look at the history of humanity to see the
impact of cultures and races upon one another and to see
how dominating and how influential these interactions can

ambivalence or time to seek escape. This is not a time to

 This is perhaps the greatest challenge humanity
will ever face.
 However, it is not one that we could plan for
anymore, as many space entities are already

universe who are not here to use the resources of the Earth

 They are not trying to create us a customer planet or colony
for their own use. Instead, they want to nurture and promote

 We need their information and wisdom because even those
who aware of the presence of Zetas and other visitors are not
yet aware of the intentions of different groups. Humanity
does not understand the methods of visitors, and we do not
know their ethics or morals.
 People think that visitors are either angels or monsters. But in
reality, they are very similar to humanity with their own
needs.
 In order to see the world through their eyes, we need to
understand their motivation. To be able to do that, we must
dare to go beyond our own limits.

 Presently the masses are ill-prepared to fulfill
this leadership role effectively to take care of
the Earth.

humans, to educate them and teach humanity
what is necessary for fulfilling our part in this
multidimensional/ intergalactic/inter-time
scheme.
 But it is often quite difficult for these helpers
to interact with humans as the present belief

program” render their attempts at
communication void, or suspicious at best.
 In human culture the nature of
interdimensional and inter-time
communication is largely misunderstood.

 It is time that we put our fears and superstitions aside and
begin learning the language of the stars—the language of
our ancestors, the language that will allow us to evolve into
multidimensional beings who possess technologies and
wisdom beyond those now available to the visitors
presently interacting with the Earth system.

other alternative means of contact such as mass landings of

 In our present culture there is much fear and misinformation
surrounding the occurrence of multidimensional communication.
 Currently we describe this process of information exchange as:
“telepathy,” “mediumship,” “automatic writing,” “channeling.”
 Superstition and science both have added their share of
negative interpretation of events of this nature.
 Popular consensus would place such events of communication
into the categories of intentionally contrived hoax or into that of
mental deficiency on the part of those receiving such
communications.
 Religious factions, on the other hand, most often place such
events under the category of “demonic” activity.
 So much effort has been put into devaluing and negating the
method of communication of knowledge that the true value of
the knowledge is lost.

 This leaves the majority of the human population thinking
that such communications do not really exist as such, or that
if they do exist they are of some “evil” source.
 This makes it difficult for other dimensional and other time
helpers to offer their assistance to humans directly, as so few
of us are receptive to the method by which that assistance is
offered.
 Understanding of mechanics of multidimensional
communication would help us to step outside of “the
program” enough to put our prejudgments aside and learn
something new and valuable.
 If we do not understand the mechanics of the process then it
will be difficult for us to decipher the source from which the
phenomena emerge.
 What multidimensional communication is cannot be
discovered using only one explanation.

 Not all multidimensional communications imply live
contact with other-dimensional or inter-time
beings.
 However, some of these communications are
indeed genuine contacts from other dimensions.
 Learning to differentiate between the various
possible explanations is necessary before an
accurate assessment of the phenomena can be
achieved.
 Some instances of subtle communications (this
term is henceforth replaced the lengthy
“multidimensional communication”) can be
attributed to conditions existing within the mind of
the receiver, and others are indeed intended
“fakes.”

 In his posthumously published Article
“Are We Alone in the Universe?”
Winston Churchill wrote:
 “I, for one, am not so immensely
impressed by the success we are
making of our civilization here.
 I am prepared to think we are not
the only spot in this immense
universe which contains living,
thinking creatures, or that we are

 Other such events are quite legitimate occurrences of subtle
communications with a “live” source, be it interdimensional,
inter-time, intergalactic or originating from within Earth.
 The latter is most often called “telepathy,” or “mind-to-
mind” communications, but there is much we do not yet
understand about the workings of telepathy alone.
 In all such cases of communication we are dealing with far
more than the simple “linking of minds” as the term
“telepathy” suggests.
 We are dealing with a highly sophisticated form of
communication that is in itself a language called Keylonta.
 It is the language of light, sound, symbols and energy.
Keylonta is the foundation for all other forms of learning,
and it exists as a highly technical science and creative art
form.

 Keylonta is the means by which the Zeta are able to create
perceptual interference. They have the power through these
mechanics to literally create mass hallucinations or “mental
holograms” for its meaning is closer to the actual reality that
is taking place.
 Through manipulating the impulse codes intrinsic to the
human biology literal “reality pictures” can be created for
the unsuspecting human to perceive.
 The question is not only about mental images or simple
hallucinations, but rather actual three-dimensional reality
overlays that emerge into the surrounding objective
environment.
 These contrived “reality pictures” can be coded to emerge
as three-dimensionally objective experience.
 Unlike a simple hallucination the “reality picture” not only
affects the individual or group that is being altered, but will
also affect anyone coming into the encoded perimeters of its
boundaries.

 The secret power block, Zeta and governments have done
such a good job at programming the masses into fear and
disbelief reaction patterns that it would literally be useless to
the visitors to attempt to reach humanity as a collective.
 The public has been brainwashed into denying the validity of
their own perceptions and those of their fellow humans.
 For this reason visitors (both of the helpful and harmful kinds)
attempt to contact individuals or small groups of individuals
that show some sign of receptivity to their intended contact.
(The nonhelpful visitors will often choose those whom they
believe are easily manipulated through the Keylonta codes.)
 For centuries people have been taught to subjugate their own
authority. We have delegated our ability to perceive to
authority structures such as government and religion.
 However, we have a right to know the truth about the
conditions that directly affect us.

information about aliens who are
visiting our planet.”

 Unfortunately, the most important authority related to alien
visitations, the US government, do not agree with the
premise that people have right to know.
 So as a collective we are quite ill-prepared to meet directly
ET visitors, no matter how benign their agenda may be.
 Part of the reason that many advances have been withheld
from the general scientific and public communities is that
this knowledge would give individual citizens the power to
better direct their own lives, their health, their economic
standing and their own protection.
 They would lose control over the people and the resources
as the people gained control over themselves.
 So the “official program” lie has been created and
perpetuated to keep each of people in the dark, fearful and
dependent upon the approval and support of outside
authorities.

 We have been brainwashed and betrayed, and that also
applies to those of us who think they are responsible for
creating and maintaining the program.
 Most of us have lost sight of the fact that alternative
perspectives exist. Most of us have lost sight in succumbing to
the program’s tunnel vision.
 Some of us, in reading and hearing these words, will know the
truth as these ideas move through us — we will simply know.
 And at first we will probably find anger, and beneath the
anger—fear.
 For if what we have been brainwashed into believing is not
truth, then what is true? It will feel as if we are upon a
precipice overlooking an endless abyss, and we will not know
where to turn, or whom to trust, or where to look for
answers.
 Looking within perhaps for the first time to the core of our
own spirituality will be the light that leads us through this
darkness.

 Many of us will reject this data, perhaps heatedly, for
that is seemingly far easier than facing the raw fear
that can be generated by seeing the truth for the first
time.
 Not all of us are ready to see the truth, for within the
lies there existed the illusion of safety and comfort,
and an innocence to the loss of freedom and integrity
that the official program has created.
 We may choose to take the stance that “what we
don't know won't hurt us.” Indeed, if it is hurtful it
will hurt us, but in choosing blindness we may not be
aware of the harm being done.
 We may not realize the sacrifice we have made until
it is too late and death or disease have overtaken us.
 There is an option of viewing the reality as it exists,
so we may make our choice consciously as to what we
will believe.

 Access to information depends more on our personal
attitudes than on the actions of governments and religious
organizations who employ codes of discrimination, elitism,
secrecy and the withholding of knowledge and resources.
 Knowledge is intended for the many who are open to
receiving it, not for the few who seek to use it to control,
disempower, and manipulate the many it was intended to
serve.
 Many humans within positions of power need to learn this
simple lesson.
 These are some of the elements of what we are up against in
our evolution toward enlightenment. We need to know who
the players are, where they come from, and what agendas
they hold.
 It is good to understand the realities taking place within our
present time, for those who are ready—for those who chose
to know the universe around us.

 Zeta, Aethien, Ranthia and other time-portal and interdimensional
groups are able to create “perceptual interference” or “sensory
interruption” in humans.
 The aforementioned Keylonta codes, which govern the activities of
the subconscious symbol codes contained within human DNA, are
used to implant and orchestrate these sensual deceptions.
 All of these groups are capable of creating such events because they
understand the mechanics of the human bio-electric system and its
operations within the living organism.
 If they did not understand the relationships between form and energy
they would not be able to use such technologies, nor would they be
able to maneuver within the Time- Portal and Dimensional Lock
Systems.
 If they did not know the language of Keylonta they would be trapped
within their own reality and time-space systems just as humanity is
presently trapped within the three-dimensional Earth system.
 They are able to traverse other reality systems because they know
things that our scientists do not yet know.

 Visitors cultures possess this knowledge that ours presently lacks
they are able to manipulate our biology and our perceptual field
and thus our consciousness.
 Literally all of the groups mentioned use this knowledge to
interact with us, some for the purposes of helping us to grow,
others to keep us from evolving into our full potentials.
 The human biology speaks a language quite different than that
of the “conscious mind.” It is a language that we have
forgotten, the language of energy relationships—Keylonta.
 It is the foundation upon which all of our languages and modes of
perception are built.
 Our guardians have come to refresh our memory and to remind
us of our “native tongue,” so that we may once again begin
consciously using the language contained within our cellular
structure.
 The language of living knowledge is contained within every
molecule of our three-dimensional, matter-clad world. We have
forgot this language, and now it is appropriate that should start
remembering it again.

 In order to understand the Zeta agenda and the dramas
unfolding within our universe we must have some idea of the
workings of Keylonta.
 It is the language of the symbol codes (“subconscious” from our
perspective), the intrinsic, interior geometric-electric and
magnetic structures that create the foundations for all form
and structure within the dimensional systems, a language of
light, sound, pulsation and vibration of energy.
 It is the method by which form is created and maintained
within our system. It represents the living codes of matter and
all biologies built upon them.
 The Keylonta codes set everything from the type of body we
will manifest through the genetics of our biology to the very
chemical, hormonal and energetic functions which keep that
body in motion.
 It is the key to the known and unknown universe.

 Leaders of authoritarian space civilizations view the
freedoms hitherto developed by mankind with great
anxiety, fearing their impact on their own world.
 Mankind has no idea what consequences, for example,
music and dance could have for individuals living in
subjugated worlds and why they are considered such a
great threat.
 How to preserve humanity’s freedom in the future is a
challenge that awaits us if we are able to prevent the
Zeta intervention that is now underway.
 Interest in the Earth’s resources will not cease and
efforts to influence us will continue as far as we can
see.
 How to keep such misleading influence at bay?

 Those civilizations trying to stay free and separate
from the worlds that subjugate other planets will
have to sign agreements on neutrality.
 They usually stipulate that a free planet may not
engage in activities outside its own boundaries or
sphere of influence.
 Nor must free systems promote freedom in other
worlds of space.
 In return, other civilizations undertake to stay out
of the reach of the Earth and not to contact us
directly.
 Therefore, the free worlds do not usually travel
outside their territories and do not interfere in
the affairs of others, as this would jeopardize
their own sovereignty.

 In areas of space with only a few other inhabited
planets, free civilizations must maintain their security
by military means as well.
 This is necessary because every culture in the universe
is looking for resources and many also want to control
and dominate other nations.
 Therefore, the free worlds must do their best to keep
the resource-stricken space community out of their
territories.
 Humanity still thinks that the universe is a great empty
space just waiting for our conquest and that there are
endless resources there if only we can create enough
technology to access them.
 This assumption is false and is due to our ignorance of
the nature of life, trade, and interaction in the space
community.

 The guardians of humanity emphasize that there is a
serious danger of accepting the technology offered by
Zeta’s intervention because it makes us dependent on
them.
 As a result, we are in danger of losing both our freedom
and our self-sufficiency.
 No true ally of humanity would provide technology to us
because they consider that humanity has the ability to
solve for ourselves all the problems we face.
 What humanity lacks is a common will and the ability to
work together.
 Despite the great challenges, humanity will have an
advantage if we react to the situation in time, because
intervention also has weaknesses.
 One of them is that Zeta is dependent on people
submitting to their control and they have to work with
people to achieve their goals.

 At the moment, only a small number of people are
opposing the Zeta's interventions on Earth, because
we simply do not know about it due to the secrecy.
 But, if a large enough number of people become
aware of the intervention project and begin to oppose
it, Zeta will be forced to withdraw.
 This is the first step for humanity in preparing to face
the realities of life as part of the universe community.
 This step will allow humanity to get rid of its long-
standing internal conflicts and join forces to defend
the survival of the planet free and under human
control.
