The digital daycare provides a four part solution to optimize administration and increase communication between daycares and parents. The solution includes check in/out functionality to track who is at the daycare, a homepage for daily administration that gives staff an overview of children and groups, and a parent app that allows parents to report illnesses, see photos, and message the daycare. The system aims to free up staff time while improving transparency for parents through technology. Early users report finding it easy to use and appreciating receiving photos of their children during the day.

Every day parents check their children into the daycare when they drop them off in the
morning and check-out when they pick up in the afternoon. Staff also check in and out.
This provides an overview of who is currently in the daycare at all times.

10. Daily administration
This part is used by the management and employees of the daycare. Here you have all
the data on children, employees, parents etc. You can also easily send photos,
information and event invitations to a group of parents. Everything is controlled from a
computer, tablet or phone.

13. Parent App
The parent app works on both iPhone, Android and as a homepage. It is used by the
parents. Parents can report their child sick or on vacation as well as receive information
and photos from the daycare.
