- Get to the classroom early. Be sure you have connected with the TA(s) and they are set to go. They are essential to your success. 2 computers in the room you are teaching in – one for you and one for broadcasting the session. Use laptop or iPad or tablet to control the session.Audio should be tested and your initial polls for students to complete on the first layout – or something for them to read at their leisureHave the link to the room in a notes pod
- Be sure to explain how to use the tool – how to chat, how to raise their hands, how to work their mobile device – maybe even post the documents in the COG shell. Create a folder called “Connect to the Classroom” with info on how to prepare and be success using this tool.
