2. The Alliance for a Healthier Minnesota conducted this survey among
business leaders in Central Wisconsin October 24 – November 12, 2012.
It was held in conjunction with a national survey conducted by the Society
for Human Resource Management (SHRM); Public Opinion Strategies was
instrumental in the design of the survey questionnaire and analysis of the
data.
This project is a collaboration between Healthy Lifestyles-A Marshfield Area
Coalition, Healthy People Wood County, Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of
Commerce, Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Marshfield
Clinic, Portage County CAN and Security Health Plan.
For the national survey, 406 HR professional respondents from a randomly
selected sample of SHRM’s membership participated.
