Intro with Geometry of Echos video. (Video collaboration with offthesky)
I will be speaking to my dual role as artist and educator. Start by talking about my evolution as an artist from college to post college and than my path into education. I currently teach at AXL Academy in Aurora, CO an public expeditionary charter school.
My personal website: Delicatematter.net which documents both my art/community events as well as teaching. (needs updates) Pillowgarden is my audio project. Start with delicatematter.net media slides (2D/3D) In college I studied painting. Towards the end of school I started to become interested in mixed media/3D and video through digital art courses.
My first video from digital art class. Made the video from media pulled from the internet. Digital Collage remixing and referencing visual culture. I was really pleased with the result. Collaboration followed with music made by a friend a year later.
