RESULTS / BENEFITS
$ 360K value added to the engagement within the first 6 months - this is a 50% return on billing [not investment] as a value to
the customer
The Phoenix Program Go-Live was a 3 year program on our client‘s Web Portal which was overrun by a year when HCL was
engaged. HCL made it go-live within the first 6 months [our key resources have since received many recognitions which are
featured in our client’s website]
HCL is supporting around 80% of the Siebel CRM On Premise to On-Demand project, which is one of the biggest application

technology collaboration of 3 HCL teams for Siebel functional, Oracle BI and Oracle Fusion - all under a single Managed
