- You are invited to join us in a workshop entitled “Women Sharing Wisdom: Empowering Women in Leadership Roles” This workshop will take place on Thursday 7 February from 9:30am-12:00pm in Labouisse Hall. This workshop is presented in concert with 2BalanceU to encourage participation of complementary organizations in using cross-network tools. 2BalanceU is a global women's social search tool. It’s vision is to bridge the traditional boundaries of corporate/non-profit, established/entrepreneurs, government/non-government, actively employed/transitioning, and focus on the benefits of women sharing wisdom for mutual empowerment and support for women in leadership roles. Discovery through discussion of critical areas currently unsupported without bridges including the importance of personal mentoring: Understand benefits of Personal Mentoring from the professional-organizational and individual-personal perspective.
