• Create an account
• The user that activates the account will be defaulted to the site administrator role
• Your site will have a custom URL selected by the administrator upon activation
• Set up your organization’s site from the My Organization’s Page

• The ArcGIS API for JavaScript has methods that allow you to
consume the web maps from a ArcGIS Online.

• Create a WebMap in ArcGIS Online. Note web map id to reference
in ArcGIS JavaScript application.
