2. His strong vision to deliver quality construction
project management led him to establish Design
Coordinates, Inc. in 1978
Founded by Architect Oscar S. Salvacion, he
graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas. In
his batch, he placed No. 9 in the licensure
examination for architects. Soon after passing the
board exam, he worked for a petroleum company
Tokyo, Japan.
His heritage lives on. From a small, humble
of around 30 employees in the '70s, DCI has now
become a robust company with more than 400
professionals who all embody the values of
Discipline, Cooperation, and Integrity.
