MANAGEMENT CONTROLS
• APPOINTMENTS – IN ORDER FOR C & S TO SCORE FOR A CUSTOMER, IT WILL HAVE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET FUTURE
CLIENTS AND TO DISCUSS THE NEEDS AND WANTS OF BOTH PARTIES.
• WEEKLY INVENTORY- THIS MUST BE CONDUCTED TO MONITOR EVERY ASPECT OF THE COMPANY. E.G. SALES, EMPLOYEES AND
COMPANY PROFIT.
• MONTHLY EVALUATION – TO ENSURE THAT THE PERFORMANCE OF EVERY EMPLOYEES ARE RECOGNIZED AND GIVEN CREDITS FOR
THEM TO PERFORM BETTER. WORKERS FROM ALL LEVELS OF THE COMPANY WILL BE INVOLVED.
• EMPLOYEE SAFETY – WELFARE OF THE COMPANY EMPLOYEES WILL BE GIVEN ATTENTION TOO TO MEET ABRAHAM MASLOW’S

ADMINISTRATIVE

• PAYABLES/PURCHASE RECORDS – A COMPANY BOOK KEEPER WILL BE

• PAYROLL PROCESSING – MONTHLY COMPENSATION WILL BE GIVEN IN
TWO PARTS, EVERY 15TH AND 30TH OF THE MONTH. DURING THE 15TH
PAYROLL, EMPLOYEE’S BENEFITS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THEIR
COMPENSATION. A PAYROLL MANAGER AND HIS INFERIORS WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS TASK.
FUTURE PLANS
• C & S PLANS TO EXPAND AND SELL OTHER
PRODUCTS ASIDE FROM LOCAL BRANDS OF
CEMENT AND BASIC BUILDING EQUIPMENT SUCH
AS SHOVEL. THE COMPANY INTENDS TO SELL
