weight, and reduce
your risk of
diseases.
Foods That Should Be Incorporated
           In Your Diet.
   Organic fruits and vegetables.
   Poultry that is local and raised without hormones.
   Fish that comes from the U.S. or that is farm raised.
   Whole Wheat Bread that is made fresh without
    preservatives.
Foods You Should Avoid
• Avoid foods that are highly
processed.
• Processed foods are high
in sodium, sugar, and fat.
• Avoid lunch meats such as
turkey, ham, and hotdogs.
• Try to avoid buying items
in the center isles of your
local grocery store as they
are the most processed
foods.
Check The Ingredients

Always check the ingredients
of foods that you buy. Avoid
items that can fill a full page
in a word document. Try to
avoid items that have high
fructose corn syrup and
partially hydrogenated oils.
If you have a hard time
pronouncing certain
ingredients don’t buy the
item.
Limit The Amount Of Times You Eat
              Out
Fast food is one of the most
unhealthy foods that you can
eat. If you buy a Big Mac meal
(large) from Mac Donald’s it has
about 1350 calories! The
recommended amount of
calories you should have per day
is 2500. Eating fast food puts
you at greater risk of developing
diabetes, heart disease, and
high cholesterol.
Try Eating Small Meals Throughout
             The Day
Portion control is very important.
Many people eat way too much at
once. Try eating five to six times
a day with small portions of food.
By doing so you can increase
your metabolism and lose weight.
Avoid Foods And Drinks That Are
         High In Sugar

Coke. Consuming foods and
beverages that are high in sugar
can lead to obesity, and
diabetes.
Drink Water Instead Of Sugary
         Beverages
60% of the body is water so it is
important to make sure you are
drinking enough. The recommend
daily intake is eight 12oz glasses.
Drinking water can also help
increase your metabolism which will
result in weight loss.

 Eat foods that come from the ground or grow on a tree.
 Avoid processed foods.
 Limit your sugar intake.
 Avoid eating fast food.
 Cut out sugary beverages and drink plenty of water.
 Eat small meals.
