Recruitment Process Quality/Quantity of Database : We have around 10,00,000 resumes in our database for all positions that we have handled till date and we keep updating it on regular basis as we have a separate team which keeps updating the database to ensure that it is up to date. Resume Screening Methods : Once we receive requirements from client, we assign one Account Manager from our team who understands requirement from the client. Once we understand the requirement, same is provided to the recruitment team and profiles are sourced from multiple sources. We have documented QC mechanisms in place at every step and audit is done at regular intervals. Once the Recruitment team sources profiles, one round of check is done at account manager’s end and for senior positions, senior team member personally speaks to candidates to validate the screening. Once the screening is complete, the profile is forwarded to the client for further processing. Reference checks, as per clients need.
