Dear sirs!
My name is HÀ NAM NINH.
I am a navigation officer on sea going vessel.
I alway use the ECDIS for navigation.
One day, I look for the island name "Itu Aba" in Spratly
area.
It surprise me that all the marking in South China Sea had
been change to the name like Chinese pronunciation. There
is no any more Scarborough Shoal, Johnson Reef,
Cuarteron Reef, Fiery Cross Reef, Subi Reef, Hughes Reef,
Mischief, Second Thomas Shoal, Gaven Reef, McKennan
Reef, Itu Aba, Thitu, West York, Spratly, North-East Cay,
South-West Cay...
Don't you think that South China Sea belong to China?
Don't you think that Paracel & Spratly belong to China?
NO! The answer is NO!
So then, please return the true name of all marking on ENC.
