25 June Fall/Apple Day’s Festival Lottery Booth Drawing: Open to all Battalion and above FRG groups! If your BN is interested in doing
the fundraiser there is some information for you to know:

Time: 1:30pm
Where: Bldg 580 Division HQ’s Bldg, Room 110
Who: All BN and above FRG Groups
Other information:
· Need to have a Battalion Representative at the meeting (FRSA’s are not allow to make the decisions for the BN’s)
· Will need to have at least 5/6 choices of wanting to sell (walking Taco’s, Hot dogs, Hamburgers, etc)
· All BN/Co/TRP/BTRY Funds Custodians (primary & alternate) must be in place and on appt. orders
· Informal Funds SOP and Funds Appt Orders updated and on file at DFMWR
· All volunteers need to have food handlers card at all times while in the booth: can get training online at IACH website:
