 Handling the HR Audit.
 Managing the medical insurance ESI for employees.
 Maintaining Important documents like Leave records, Attendance Register, Wage Register, Muster Rolls etc.
 Handling employee grievances. ID CARD issuing with in one week.
 Query Handing (Queries related to Salary, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Maternity, etc.)
 Liaising with various branch offices to ensure smooth operations.
 Close interaction and meeting with Vendors/Managers on a regular basis
 Maintaining Monthly Headcount, New Joiners and Attrition Report.
 Developing retaining strategies.

 Coordinate with govt. bodies related to TNEB,TNPCB,Inspector of Factories , Police, Fire etc.

 Security monitoring for records like material inward, outward,returnable and non returnable
DC, Gate pass, staff and workers movement ,
 Monitoring cctv cameras for holiday and after working hours playback.
 Managing dormitory around 500 workers, ladies and gents separate rooms allocation and
food,water providing , leave, in and out time maintained ,
 Canteen maintained 3 time food for 3*7 a week for 1500 workers.
 Committee meeting conducted like workers committee , sex harassment committee and etc
 Conduct internal audit for individual department and every month check list prepared for
social requirements
 Cost monitoring sheet prepared for administrative expenses
