C09. Secure best possible quotations from the agreed markets through competitive
negotiation
C10. Fully place all required insurances with acceptable insurers and reinsurers.
C11. Finalize contracts wordings, terms and conditions, local insurance terms and cut-through
or reinsurance assignment provisions.

F – MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT
The Construction engineers system acquire knowledge in the planning, design, construction,
operation, renovation and Maintenance of the Project, together with an understanding of
impacts on the surrounding environment.
The Construction engineers system will explore all phases in the life cycle of the Project. They
identify problems and find appropriate solutions to improve the quality of Services within the
Structure environment.
The Construction engineers system will help to renovate and will prepare the proposals for
operation and maintenance of the Structure facility, the responsibilities of the parties and ensure
that the cost of provisions made are adequate.

G- THE PARTICIPANTS
G01 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT shall create the Group and
elect from all category the board of Directors and The Chairman, and shall revise all
followings preliminary conditions to the best of the group.
G02 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT shall invite chosen Companies
and Entities to participate
G03 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT Shall Approve the
Choice of companies and entities show interest to participate
G04 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT accept new participant having
an active existing presence and legal registration as per the rules of the country through
their own offices or through active agent and representative.
G05 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT don’t charge any subscription
fees at this time , but in the future a yearly membership fees shall be applicable to each
category.
G06 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT shall negotiate the Business
fees with the participant project by project.
G07 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT are in permanent negotiating
process with international underwriters, international insurance and re-insurance
companies to tailor new insurance policy to fit the property and real estate development
concept and to cover the project for a period of 50 years.
G08 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT is not in any sort of exclusivity
with Companies and Entities participated.
All participants shall maintain their own personality and the choice to participate or not
in any of the project CCLM|PJSC declare. (Unless otherwise agreed)
G09 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT may not invite participants to
particular projects if previous project was awarded too , as result they are not are not
protected with CCLM|PJSC insurance.
Therefore, companies have no projects have the priority. (Unless otherwise agreed).
G10 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT automatically shall cover the
participants by The “CCLM|PJSC UNDERWRITE INSURANCE” but Limited to the projects
managed by CCLM|PJSC...

G11 PARTICIPANTS have the full choice for none participating in any project managed by
CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT but they cannot under any
meaning entering in negotiation parallel with the same client for the same project. At that
time Participant are not under the insurance protection and cannot benefit from
CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT insurance conditions. (Unless
otherwise agreed )
G12 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT may not invite companies to
participate in a particular project; therefore, companies are not protecting with
insurance. (Unless otherwise agreed).
G13 CCLM|CONSOLIDATED CONSORTIUM LEADING MANAGEMENT shall respect awarding projects
to participants by order of :
