Commentary: recruit is willing to follow
instructions, but still has a long way to
go before he is in any type of proper
conditioning.

Friday 8/12/11 Activity: Continuation of Training Comments/Suggestions:

Commentary: Recruit was dropped
approximately eight times during drill
due to lack of self control/seriousness.
PT incorporated in the form of running
and cool-down.

Saturday 8/13/11 Activity: Conducted full PT Comments/Suggestions:
1230-1330
Commentary: Recruit was required to
run 3 full laps, each lap being just over
¼ mile in distance. Recruit completed
two minutes of sit-ups after lap one, two
minutes of squats after lap two, and one
minute of pushups after lap three.
Recruit struggled a lot with PT and
threw up several times.

Monday 8/15/11 Activity: PT and drill Comments/Suggestions:

Commentary: Recruit completed mile
run followed by one hour of lifting. PT
was followed by a short, ten-minute
bearing test during which recruit was
dropped twice.

Tuesday 8/16/11 Activity: PT and Drill Comments/Suggestions:
1630-1730
Commentary: completed a series of
short bearing tests. After each bearing
test recruit was required to do a short
sprint to keep his body engaged as well
as his mind and willpower. Recruit was
not dropped during this session of Drill.

Commentary: Recruit was dropped five
times during 1 hour of drill.
