   •    Provide the FD, MD, Group Planning & Financial Control Team and the owners with supporting financial
        / commercial information and analysis to aid decision making;
   •    Lead the monthly management accounts process – execute monthly closing of accounts and detailed
        review of more than 30 P&Ls, providing performance assessment and variance analysis;
   •    Coordinate consolidation of information from teams of controllers, analysts, operations, payroll and
        transaction processing team to prepare the entire BU’s monthly financial pack and non-financial reports;
   •    Prepare comprehensive monthly ‘KPI dashboard’, the ‘One Pager’ and the monthly ‘Income Flash
        Report’ for executive management;
   •    Prepare working capital and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the FD;
   •    Preparation and consolidation of monthly ‘business review presentations’ for the FD;
   •    Prepare and upload the financial budgets, rolling forecasts [including projected statement of financial
        position (balance sheet) and statement of cash flows] for 2013 and 2014;
   •    Assisted in transfer of business operations to another BU, designed approach and MS Excel dynamic
        tool to segregate directly attributable and shared PnL / BS components. During transition demerger
        phase, voluntarily prepared consolidated PnLs for the 2 demerged BUs and assisted controllers in
        preparing month end financial packs;
   •    Devised methodology for bifurcating shared quality assurance costs on turnover and OPEX ratios of the
        existing and demerged BUs;
   •    Produced new operation manuals for ‘Treasury’, ‘Purchasing & Payables’ and worked with Operations
        and Finance team to devise policies and financial approval limits;
   •    Reviewed and revised key controls such as cash ceilings and cash handling procedures at remote sites;
   •    Designed ‘system authority matrices’ for ‘GL’, ‘Revenue/Receivables’ and ‘Purchasing/Payables’
        functions;
   •    Modified the ‘Risk & Control Matrix’ to ensure all control activities are catered and submitted for Internal
        Audit sign off;
   •    Coordinated the annual external audit and provided management responses to the control deficiencies
        identified in the management letter from KPMG;
   •    Acted as the main point of contact for the internal audit team during their annual audits of
        ‘revenue/receivables function’ & ‘purchasing/payables function’. Prepared management responses to the
        Head of Internal Audit after sign off from FD and MD; and
