He has recovered from his illness( he is better now).
The only thing which matters here is the result: the time when the action took
place is of no importance.
I have seen this film( I can discuss it with you now).
Questions in the Present Perfect never start with when:
When did you see this film?
2. The Present Perfect is frequently used with :
a) The adverbs: ever never just already yet of late/lately/recently
I have never seen him.
I have not spoken to her yet.
b) This morning/evening, today, this week, this year
(when these periods are not finished at the time of speaking):
Has Ann had a holiday this year?
Have you seen him today?
c) The expression: This (it) is the first time:
This is the first time he has driven a car.
3. The Present Perfect is not used in:
Что Вы сказали?- What did you say?
Я не слышал вашего вопроса.- I did not hear your question.
Я забыл.-I forgot.

5. Время Present perfect мы используем когда говорим о том что произошло в
неопределённом времени в прошлом , а так же мы его используем когда
говорим о том , что произошло сегодня на этой неделе, то есть в отрезок
времени который еще продолжается. Со временем Present Perfect сочетаются
следующие слова Since, for ,already,yet,just,ever,never,still,lately,resently, so far.
6. Still встречается в отрицательных предложениях между подлежащим и
сказуемым. She still hasn’t finished her lunch.
Already встречается в утвердителных предложениях между have/has и III
формой глагола. She has already finished her lunch.
Yet встречается в конце предложения. Yet в отрицательных предложениях
означает ещё. She hasn’t finished her lunch yet.
Yet в вопросительных предложениях означает уже.
Has she finished her lunch yet?
Время Present Perfect мы используем когда говорим о том что случилось только
что. She has just finished her lunch.
Since мы используем, когда говорим, с какого момента в прошлом что-то
происходит. I haven’t seen you since my birthday.
For мы используем когда говорим сколько времени прошло до нынешнего
момента. I haven’t seen you for six months.
Notice that you can use for and since with either the simple past tence or the
present perfect tenc, depending on whether or not the action is still happening.
I’ve worked for Green Enterprises for three years ( I still work there).
I worked for Green Enterprises For three years( now I work somewhere else).
