To offer Mobilin as a TB Referral Service to Local Government Units in order to deploy the system to the Barangay Health Centers. *In Quezon City alone, there are 142 barangays, in the City of Manila, there are 897 barangays; full coverage in these barangays, most especially in the urban poor communities can help in containing the TB incidence 2. To charge the LGUs the following fees: a. Installation and Training Fee - upfront cost of 5000 per health center b. Service/Maintenance/Hosting/ Updates Fee - 1000 per month per health center 3.
