AFFIRMATIONS
Keep them positive
Write down or look at them daily
For non-visual thinkers- Write affirmations until your hand gets tired (I
write them 10 times each). As you write, try to create a vision in your mind
to make them more effective. Do this daily!
For visual thinkers- Make pictures & collages of things you want in your
life. Make sure your picture is in the center. Look at your visuals at least
once a day. Keep them in a visible place (i.e. wall or refrigerator).
Change the affirmations as needed (every couple of months)
Affirm every day for at least a month
