PROCTORS PRESENTS
“ROCK-IT CONCERT SERIES”
THIS SUMMER
SCHENECTADY, NY --- The Rock It Concert Series this season has three
amazing shows, which will be presented under Proctors marquee on State
Street. All performances start at 5 P.M.
The first show, which coincides with Schenectady County SummerNight,
will be on July 17 featuring the Foy Brothers. On August 21, the Alan Payette
Band will be performing and the final show on September 18 will feature Crying
Out Loud.
Since 2000, The Foy Brothers have been performing throughout and
entertaining the Capital Region. This Soul/Funk/R&B/Blues band, founded by
Mark Foy, Kevin Foy, and niece Charee Hendricks’s have recently released a
new CD entitled “Time”.
Recently grown from Capital Region’s Big Block Blues Band, The Alan
Payette Band is bigger and better, not just in size but in musical style as well.
Playing music from the 60’s to today, this seven-piece band is back to blow your

blues, funk, and groove socks off.
Crying Out Loud is a 9-piece “party band” that has everyone dancing and
keeping the party going until all hours of the night. With their three-piece horn
section everyone is sure to enjoy the music of our time.
A beer truck will be selling Heineken and Amstel Light beer; Proctors will
be selling wine, soda and water; food will be available at area restaurants, which
will be open during the concerts and offering a variety of foods. The public is
invited to attend the free concerts.
