How to be healthy.

To be healthy we need to eat vegetables, salads and foods that don't

have fatty.


It is very important to make exercises regularly because we maintain this

way all our totally healthy body.


The exercise relaxes, it restores the energy it contributes to move away

the depresiòn and combat the nervous tension.


Maintain a regular program to go to bed, to get up, to eat and to

exercise. the body prospers with regular rhythms.


Serve you the food of the night at least four hours before going to bed.

The empty stomach and in rest it contributes better to the quality of the

rest.

Estar sano se necesita comer verduras, ensaladas y alimentos que no
tengan grasas.

Es muy importante hacer ejercicios regularmente porque así
mantenemos todo nuestro cuerpo completamente sano.

combate la tensión nerviosa.

Mantenga un programa regular para acostarse, levantarse, comer y
hacer ejercicio. el cuerpo prospera con ritmos regulares.
