My Duties Supervise 4-6 concession stands & 4-5 portables during events Check inventory, staff, and controls & ensure sufficient levels throughout event Maintain audit/paperwork trail of all transactions betweens stands & warehouse Review spoilage/gratis reports to ensure it matches ending sheet figures

My Duties (cont)… Ensure all employees are in proper uniform Report all injuries & safety issues Make sure stands are presentable at all times (clean, items stocked, no tip cups, etc.) Enforce all ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment policies and procedures (pouring, etc.) Control all appointed areas and manage them properly

My Contribution Managed entire Walt Whitman lobby & plaza during events (25 employees, $30,000) Used statistics to issue stock to all concession stands & portables in my area (beer, pretzels, refreshments) Posted sheets on ARCS computer software to make sure stock sold & ending cash amounts balanced correctly Counted warehouse inventory at the end of each month

16. Projects & Tasks Hosting/Supervising 3 private parties in the “Black Box” Setting up & supervising parking lot “trashcan stands” during Warped Tour & Mayhem Fest (not fully completed) Reorganizing VIP’s stock into cage that could be stored in the warehouse
