the hotel, deputizing in the absence of the General Manager..
Conducted weekly inspections to ensure physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of
preventive maintenance / extra work programs, and judicious planning and management of the FF&E.
Together with Sales and marketing we were monitoring present and future trends, and determine and to ensure execution
of competitive programs where implemented.
By keeping good control of cut-off or wash down policy; kept good relation with Ctrip and Elong and other 3party callers in
order to get more business from them.
This naturally strengthens our relationship with travel intermediaries(especially weekends) In order to keep our fare
market share, keeping in mind the dropping market of the business individuals we conducted sales blitzes and aimed at
top producers in Pudong to shift their business to us and to continue to increase their corporate accounts program by
targeting these companies.
With the PR department we where developing recognition programs, advertising and promotional campaigns to obtain
greatest market awareness and patronage. We did implemented Strategic Plans, Business Plans, Budget and Goals
Programs to ensure the on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potentials and profitability.
March 5th I have been transferred as EAM to take up a new assignment for ACCOR at the new opening of Grand Mercure
Hongqiao, a 500 room’s property.
