10. Interviews People I would interview or question (in addition to surveys): SWAT - The SWAT team is responsible for technical support such as upgrades, equipment, and software. Principals – The principal and assistant principal can give me some insight into what software, hardware, and training will be most useful to the students and school community and that is accepted and used by their teachers/staff. Rene Vanek (technology facilitator) - Rene is responsible for maintaining the technology equipment in the school which includes approximately 300 computers plus a variety of other technology equipment. She is a resource to classroom teachers for assistance in planning and integrating technology in the classroom. She is also responsible for teaching technology staff development. School Improvement Team – The SIT is responsible for collaboratively discussing school issues and voting on implementing new policies at school. They are also responsible for creating the School Improvement Plan. Media and Technology Advisory Committee (MTAC) - MTAC is responsible for conducting staff surveys, student surveys, and speaking with the administration. The faculty, staff, and community provide input for school technology use through surveys and their MTAC representatives.
