eTwinning is a European Commission program that allows teachers to collaborate online with other European partners. It provides an easy and free way for teachers to find partners, develop joint projects, and share resources using ICT tools. The program has no application process and provides professional development opportunities. Support is available through a central service in Brussels and national support services.
