14. Paraview

Despite what is written in http://www.openfoam.org/download/source.php about extra
care for RHEL (6.x ?), I had no problems installing paraview in the default way for
CentOS-7:
[telzur@localhost ThirdParty­2.4.0]$ ./makeParaView4

15. Rest of the installation

./Allwclean
./Allwmake
...and then finally...
