 Coordination and proliferation of methodologies SMED (fast set-up), Value Stream Map and PDCA cycle.
 Coordination in acquisition feasibility studies for new equipment through productive capacity analysis, supporting Engineering Projects.
 Coordinating of materials packaging development for launching new products and optimization of production capacity.

-   Participation in the design for increase the production capacity of the Taboao da Serra Plant, the manufacture of generic drugs in Brazil,
    starting with 1 billion to end in 5 billion tablets/year.

 Responsible for equipment product and process validation in the Injectables Area (eye drops, liquids, jellies and semi-solid), and
    development of protocols for process validation and equipment qualification to the installation, operation and performance.
 Coordinating of the transferring of seven packing lines to São Paulo Plant from Suzano Plant.
 Leadership of the draft amendment, optimization and start-up of production lines, machines, equipment and processes, including:
    launching new products or presentations since preparation of documentation to the production star-up.
