The Monitoring Committee is made up of: up to three representatives per country (EU 27, Norway, Switzerland) - representation in coherence with the administrative system and institutional organisation of the States. representatives of the European Commission, the Committee of the Regions (CoR), the MA, the JTS and, where necessary, the CA and the AA in an advisory capacity. Each country has one vote.
