Research Report background for a Dark Matter Observatory

p.381, channeled by Robert Shapiro [5]. For exam-
ple, quoting vol.2, page 339, “It is a stream of energy
that comes out from the Galactic Center, a piece of
one of the spiraling arms, a part of the magnetic flow
of light throughout the galaxy itself.”
   But, since all these photons should be traveling
at the same constant speed in a vacuum, one check
on our theory would be to triangulate the observed
notch-back positions and velocities using the con-
venience of the larger and more permanent base
provided by the SSL and then a variable-distance
base-line satellite located and positioned via radar
near the SSL. The notch-back positions and veloci-
ties could then be determined fairly accurately, al-
though the SSL working orbital position is its 260
mi altitude instead of the TSS-1R mishap’s STS-75
from its 160 mi altitude orbit. Some useful prelimi-
nary data might be obtained with triangulating UV
cameras from Earth’s surface, perhaps best in very
high-altitude areas since use is being made of the
UV spectrum when the notch-backs are illuminated
by the sun during a short period well-before sunrise
or well-after sunset.

This photon stream or belt might be related to that Photon Belt around the Earth that was described as a type of responsible Life Form in Shining the Light series, vol.2, p.319, and vol.3, p.381, channeled by Robert Shapiro [5]. For exam- ple, quoting vol.2, page 339, “It is a stream of energy that comes out from the Galactic Center, a piece of one of the spiraling arms, a part of the magnetic flow of light throughout the galaxy itself.” But, since all these photons should be traveling at the same constant speed in a vacuum, one check on our theory would be to triangulate the observed notch-back positions and velocities using the con- venience of the larger and more permanent base provided by the SSL and then a variable-distance base-line satellite located and positioned via radar near the SSL. The notch-back positions and veloci- ties could then be determined fairly accurately, al- though the SSL working orbital position is its 260 mi altitude instead of the TSS-1R mishap’s STS-75 from its 160 mi altitude orbit. Some useful prelimi- nary data might be obtained with triangulating UV cameras from Earth’s surface, perhaps best in very high-altitude areas since use is being made of the UV spectrum when the notch-backs are illuminated by the sun during a short period well-before sunrise or well-after sunset.
